This story was published Sunday January 11th 2009 By the Herald staff Dade Moeller & Associates has received a radioactive materials license from Washington for its Richland facility. The license authorizes the company to provide radiation protection services in the state and to conduct radiological surveys, decontamination and decommissioning activities, and emergency response such as area decontamination within the state. The company also can possess small amounts of radioactive material for use in sample analysis, instrument calibration and performance testing. |
